All transactions are securely managed through Filepass.com, our trusted delivery and approval platform. Once you’ve reviewed and approved your files, you can purchase the masters directly through Filepass. Only after your approval and purchase is the payment transferred to Aucourant Media Services.
This approach ensures that you remain in full control of your project from start to finish—with no risk, no pressure, and no compromises on quality.

At Aucourant Media Services, we understand that high-quality mastering and post-production require thoughtful refinement and clear communication. That’s why we include two full passes of “mix notes” revisions as a standard part of our workflow—ensuring that the final result aligns with your creative goals and meets technical expectations for distribution.
🔁 Mix Notes and Revisions
After you receive the first mastered version of your material through our secure Filepass interface, you’re invited to review and provide time-stamped comments directly on the streaming playback page. This makes it easy to communicate precisely what you’d like adjusted—whether it’s tonal balance, dynamic range, spatial feel, or perceived loudness.
We will then perform a second pass of mastering or post-production based on these mix notes, incorporating your feedback to refine the result. A final revision can follow if needed, ensuring the outcome is a faithful enhancement of your original mix, not a departure from it.
📄 Session Documentation
In addition to delivering high-fidelity audio, we provide detailed documentation of the processing steps taken during restoration, post-production, and mastering. These session notes offer valuable insight into how your audio was treated and serve as a reference for future projects.
A typical session report may include:
- Original and target levels (True Peak, LUFS)
- Noise floor assessment and spectral analysis
- Restoration actions (e.g., hum attenuation, click removal, azimuth/phase correction)
- Enhancement steps (e.g., low-end unfiltering, spectral smoothing, resonance control)
- Mastering processes (e.g., EQ, compression, limiting, stereo field enhancement)
- Final loudness normalization and format compliance details (e.g., -1.0 dBTP / -14 LUFS for streaming)
